Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
